I created this training as an introduction to energy work. The first step in your spiritual journey so that you understand the energy of the Universe. To me, this is the most important aspect to understand as it can affect you both physically and spiritually.  

Perhaps you are feeling the energetic pull or tug to discover energy. So if you want to learn about energy, are curious about spirituality or mediumship, or are a beginner in this area, this training is for you.
